「The bed smelled awful, was in poor condition, the bathroom was filthy, there were stains everywhere, and the AC wasn't working properly. The door didn't close properly, so security is very poor. I rented it for two nights but didn't even stay there for 15 minutes—I had to find somewhere else to stay. 」

「My reservation was cancelled at 11:54 pm although I called (the day before) and advised that I was checking in around 1am/2am. At that hour in the morning had to look for other arrangements and got one around 4am!!」

「The breakfast was good and the lady doing all the breakfast stuff was wonderful. My main complaint was the hot tub was down and that was one of the main reasons I booked that hotel. When you can’t use all the amenities that a hotel has I feel you should get some kind of discount. We were also missing a garbage can, but they did remedy that right away. The pool wasn’t very clean and it certainly did not feel heated as described. 」
