"Our stay there was wonderful. Great location to shopping, the falls and family. It was comfortable and quiet. It is bare bones, just about everything you may need and since it's a vacation, we pretty much just slept there. For the price, very well worth it."

The lady at the front desk was very nice and pleasant. We have a complimentary break fast in the morning and that was also very sweet, to start your day. While having breakfast in the morning the cleaning lady just passed you without even saying good morning or a pleasant smile and for that reason I couldn't leave her a tip. it's because of us that's why she have a job whether if she owns the place or if she is working there just doing a little could go far away, overall it's a very comfortable...

I grew up in the area but had never been to the inn before. The room was nice, simple, very clean. The bed was comfortable for me and my teenaged daughter. The grounds are pretty. There was a pool which looked very nice but we didn't have time to enjoy it.
My only (MINOR) dislike was that it would have been nice to have a no service needed magnet or sign to put on the door. While I appreciated the job done on the room each day, I would have liked to have had an option.

The hotel was in a cute old building directly in the middle of the village of Medina, NY. It was a very small hotel, comprising of only about 6 rooms on the third floor (from what we could see). The room was clean and modern, with a few mid-century pieces of furniture to give it a comfortable feel. The neighboring church bells rang fairly often, but wasn't unpleasant. A few things surprised us though. Check-in was a text message, and there is no front desk. We didn't ever need any service or...

Staff was phenomenal. Beds and overall room were great and spacious. Eating area and food are great. But old musty rugs and upholstery of room chairs/sofa need to be replaced.
