「I booked a two bedroom cottage, However, they arrange a one bedroom cottage for me. Inside the cottage, Another room was locked. So I have to find someone to help me To unlock the second bedroom. That wasted me half an hour To ask for help.」

「Nice and comfort place」

「Check-in was confusing, as there was no one at reception on arrival. When I called the provided number, I was instructed to open a locked room that was already occupied by another guest, which was quite concerning. There were also no clear instructions provided for the check-out process. Since my stay, I have been receiving emails stating that payment has not been made. This is incorrect, as I paid in full at the time of booking and have receipts to confirm this.」

「The ocean was visible from the property but host said he'd sent a pin to our account which we didn't receive. Property surrounds eg garden were not well maintained.」

「We have our family trip in TAS for five days and we chose this hotel as out two day accomodation, a great place with free car park in front of the building, comfortable bed and shower, its away from the city but we find some good park for leisure, we drive to ferry pier in a few minutes. It is a valuable choice for the family to visit Hobart.」

The most commendable thing is that the staff's service was very attentive and thoughtful, and the breakfast was also very good. It is recommended to replace the faucet of the bathroom basin and add curtains for the toilet.」
