Funny smell in the restroom and no heat, no control over AC. Paper thin walls/ceiling and noise all night from above. Staff was excellent.

The staff in apa Aomori are the best staff in the world! They help us in any way the could to make us fill comfortable! They were super patient and help us to ship our suitcases to our next destination! A great thank you to all the STAFF of APA Aomori ! Mr Narita thank you so much for your service and for helping us on our last day while checking out! Would definitely come back if I come to Aomori

The hotel is very very old and needs major updating. The staff is wonderful came to my rescue then a big ugly bug flew into my room (10th floor) and planted itself on the curtain. I opened the window bc you cannot adjust the air conditioner.

Everything was fine. The staff are friendly and helpful. A short walk from Aomori station--one stop from Shin-Aomori. Breakfast was good and the area around the hotel was walkable. Some good dining options in the area. So many sushi restaurants in the area. Nebuta Wa Rasse Museum rust down the street and the A-Factory and small beach opposite the museum. I have only one complaint and that was the bathroom. It is older and needs to be modernised. When showering the water temperature fluctuates from hot to warm to cold back to hot and was very difficult to control the temperature. Other than that, I had a comfortable stay.

Room is too small but there is no place to sit in the building. I loved Nagoya Apa hotel that had many seating area in the lobby. One of the front desk person in the night shift was grumpy, we didn’t appreciate his when we are having trouble with parking.

Very nice hotel, close to the train station, many dining and shopping options close by, also room is very comfortable and clean, very friendly and helpful front desk staff. There is a microwave on the 4th floor and a kettle in the room. I would stay here again
