We were on floor 7, which was very quiet and the lifts were fast. A great location, close to major galleries, museums, Central Station and the Grand Market. All very walkable. "

"Didn't see any staff, but were in the office if you needed them. Checkin & out are automated & very quick. Room & shower were excellent size & comfortable, with working air con. Good communal facilities. Only weakness was the choice of floor covering: a black type of matting, this shows remnants of cream & must make cleaning difficult (I should have asked them to clean). Fortunately I had my slippers so left it as on arrival, otherwise the hotel was clean, modern & spotless"
