"I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this stay was truly unacceptable. The hostel provides only a mattress, and guests must make their own bed. The room and bathroom smelled like smoke. Bunk beds were unstable — any movement on the top bunk caused loud creaking. Key cards often malfunctioned. These issues were tolerable compared to what happened next. When I returned at night, someone had taken my assigned bed and moved my belongings. I had checked in that afternoon and was clearly assigned a lower bunk. I made the bed and left some items there. The person in my bed didn’t speak English and insisted I was wrong — which I wasn’t. Shockingly, the front desk allowed them to change beds after check-in and even handwrote a new number on their card. This completely disregarded my booking. That person even claimed my belongings were theirs. I grabbed what I could and went to the front desk. Their solution? Move me to another room. I was forced to switch rooms without recovering everything — including my bed sheet and a backup phone. Staff said there was nothing they could do and had no extra bedding. Later attempts to retrieve my items failed — they said the person was asleep and couldn’t be disturbed. I ended up in a room with no sheets, missing belongings, and no support from staff. Letting another guest override my bed and ignoring theft is unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend this hostel poor management, zero accountability, and lack of security!"

"Pros: 1.Great location, close to Centraal Station (5min walk), assessable to the commercial street with plenty of restaurants cafes and shops, and even attractions such as Cathedral of Our Lady, Sint-Pauluskerk and the MAS museum (20min walk). 2.Clean room. I like the timber flooring which is clean and easier to maintain than carpet, 3. Comfy mattress 4. Great Breakfast Cons: Minimal provisions inside the room, user unfriendly design : 1. Inadequate hooks, ledge or shelf in both bathroom and guest room to stove our own accessories such as make up, shavers, jackets etc 2. ⁠only one very soft pillow and is uncomfortable for sleeping, 3. ⁠Shower floor is very slippery, pls be mindful. 4. ⁠no fridge in room 5. ⁠no cups provided for drinking, you need to upto 6/F to get them. A lot of guests take these cups to their room. 6. The security touch pad system in my opinion is not ideal, it should be installed inside the lifts instead of the main entrance door bcoz anyone can sneak in when someone exit/enter the hotel anyway. 7. The bathroom door stop is a disaster, I kicked it accidentally a few times and my toe was hurt. 8. The check in time is rather slow, we could not have our room at 3pm and need to wait till 5pm. "

"住宿地點離車站很近,附近也有超市,很方便,房間備品看需求取用,有附洗衣洗碗清潔錠茶包等等 美中不足的是check out 後要拿寄放行李卻打不開密碼櫃, 公寓沒有櫃台,因為是上班日,所以可以在一樓辦公室(跟行李寄存同一層樓)找到員工,請他們幫忙開. 因此,若需要寄放行李,盡量選白天上班時間取行李,免得找不到人幫忙"
