"I stayed here for the second time. The buffet and room were 5 stars. My wife and I were jet lagged and we walked out early Monday morning after breakfast to look at the pool. There was no sign saying the deck was closed. A woman started shouting at us and was unhinged. We left and apologized but nobody seemed to care. I understand doing maintenance to your property but don’t yell at your guests. Don’t think I will return if walking into a pool deck gets me yelled at. It’s still a special property near the airport."

"Nice stay. Rooms were a tad basic especially the bathroom. Strangely was provided with only two tiny pillows for a king bed (which the staff rectified with a couple of additional). Lighting was either bright or bright. No mirror outside of the bathroom. Lighting in the bathroom was poorly positioned for the sink. The swimming pool was pretty small for such a large hotel and very busy. Breakfast was competent without being outstanding. The cooked breakfast was disappointing - bland and not up to spec. On the flipside the staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful. (Special mention for Pablo & Jose Luis). The location was good for public transport. In sum , the rooms & food offerings need some tweaks but overall due to excellent staff a very pleasant two night stay."
