Many speak very little English, are often unhelpful, and some have a poor attitude. My five-year-old daughter was repeatedly ignored while waiting patiently for a bottle of water, with adults who joined the queue after her being served first. 「We visited the falcon hotel for our 6 day trip arriving & leaving August 2026. Our flight got in at 12am, we made it to the hotel at 1am where we were met with night manager Surkaan. 「We had a wonderful stay at Swandor Topkapi Palace! The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. Everything was lovely overall, and we really enjoyed our time there. There are a few things in the rooms and toilets that needs some upgrades or small fixes, but honestly, these were minor compared to the great experience we had.
