"We arrived at the hotel later than expected due to a delayed flight. Our room was ready upon arrival, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The room was comfortable and exactly as presented during booking. All hotel amenities met our expectations and matched the description provided online. The staff was friendly and efficient, the breakfast was excellent, and all meals were very tasty.
The only issue was housekeeping, as the garbage was not removed from the room and the bathroom floor...

"Tesiste kredi kartı ile ödeme alınmıyordu. Nakit veya havale dışında başka bir seçenek olmadığını, bunun önceden belirtilmediğini söylediğimde ise “Sormadınız” şeklinde bir cevap aldım.
Oda oldukça kirli ve tozluydu. Havlu ve su yoktu. Klima düzgün çalışmıyordu, televizyon ise sürekli kapanıyordu. Ayrıca uygulamada çıkış saati 14:00 olarak belirtilmesine rağmen, saat 12:00’de kapıyı çalıp çıkışın 12:00 olduğunu söylediler.
Tam anlamıyla kötü ve düzensiz bir deneyimdi. İkinci gün konaklamayı...
