I had a good time, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay. The manager was also very kind, he went out of his way to provide me a charger for my phone and watch. I would consider for my next visit.

I was at the 5-star Resort aquaworld in Belek, I couldn't wait for the day when I would go home, which I would rate 3 stars, before going home I stayed at this hotel, cheap, quiet place, nice cozy room. There is no beautiful view around the hotel, but peace and comfort are guaranteed, to call a taxi it is enough to press the waiting button, it is easy and fast to call a taxi. The employees are nice

Booked 3 nights. Hotel was quiet. We had to upgrade because room was in lower floor and had no balcony. Room was decent size with a kitchenette. Shower was good. Breakfast was good. Only negative was a bit of mould in hallway and the standard of cleanliness but the hotel is being refurbished in the next few weeks. The staff are helpful and quick to deal with any complaints.

Overall, our stay was very pleasant for a budget hotel. The bus stops are only a 7 minute walk. It's only 3 bus stops/7 minutes to L'rena beach. Hande, one of the managers, was a great host. When she was working there was open communication, an early and fully stocked breakfast. Habde was very accommodating, and friendly. When the older man was working in the mornings the breakfast was late with much fewer items available. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, and stay again.

For the given price the facility was provided awesome. Manager is very caring and guided properly to visit the attraction and very supportive. Overall we felt the service and hotel management are amazing. Felt like another home

Alles sehr heruntergekommen! WC-Sitz war locker und hat sich immer verschoben, Bett quietscht extrem, Wände so dünn wie Papier, Waschmaschine kaputt, Handtücher ausgeleiert und fleckig,…. Das einzige positive war dass die Klimaanlage funktioniert ( obwohl sehr dreckig) und das die Rollos komplett verdunkeln. Alles andere sorry aber unmöglich

hotel apart oda bize temiz teslim edilmedi yapildiysa bile yeterli temizlik malasef yoktu hotelin en eksi tarafı temizlik.Gerisi güzel personel ilgili ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar.Havuz güzel şezlong sayısı az artırarak sorun çözülebilir.Sahil kısmında ücretsiz şezlong olması avantajli fakat yeme içme ücretleri pahalı.Deniz güzel.

Es gibt deutlich bessere Unterkünfte. Die Umgebung fand ich schrecklich vor allem Abends traut man sich da kaum auf die Strasse. Für uns war es nur für eine Nacht als Übergangshotel weil es in der Nähe vom Flughafen ist. Pool haben wir nicht genutzt. Das Bett war unbequem und laut. Klima hat gut funktioniert . Beim Check out wollte uns die Dame den Euro für 40TL wechseln obwohl der Kurs bei 47 lag.

Il était notifié que la cuisine est équipé et bien faux j’ai couru durant 3 jours pour avoir la plaque verre fourchette et assiette . Je n’avais que 2 chaise alors que nous étions 3 . Autours de la piscine il y’a déchet et malheureusement les matelas de transat me ne sont pas lavé . Le petit déjeuner est toujours le même et bien évidement les truc peuvent faire des demandes spécifique à la cuisinière mais les touristes non. De plus une fois la saison fini le petit déjeuner est plus que minime ! Tout ce qui reste et relis le lendemain , fromage , saucisson qui fait une croûte le pain qui durcit . La navette pour la plage est clairement dangereuse , vous n’avais pas forcément de place assise et en plus la portière du « van » est à moitié ouverte . C’est franchement pas top De plus autours de la piscine il y’a une trame avec une poignée en fer rouillé, un jour mon pied c’est coincé dedans et lorsque je me suis plein on ne m’a même pas apporté de la glace malgré que mon pied a gonflé de suite . Le monsieur de l’accueil m’a dis qu’une personne viendra intervenir . Nous avons séjourné durant 3 semaines et aucune intervention. Sincèrement au vu du prix vous pouvez trouver mille fois mieux et un meilleur emplacement .

Ilyes et la gérante étaient très accueillant et serviable, si vous préférez le calme c'est votre endroit. Très bon rapport qualité prix et la plage à proximité est magnifique. Rien à reprocher par contre vous vous débrouiller côté repas mais le choix est assez large dans les restaurants à côté.
