「Temiz, geniş ve ferah bir hotel. Odada, balkonda geniş yüksek tavanlı süper. İç mimarisi ve mobilyalarıda modern ve çok güzel. Resepsiyonda çalışan hanım ve beyler profesyonel kibar ve sevecenler, resepsiyonu bi kere dahi boş görmedim, bu güven veren bir özellik. Temizlik çalışanlarıda güleryüzlü ve titizdi. Ancak ses yalıtımı sıfır bu hotelde, sağ ve sol odalardan yukarıdan her ses direkt odadaydı. Tartışma, konuşma, duş, tuvalete gittiklerinde çıkarılan tüm sesler vs olduğu gibi duyuluyordu.....

「Excellent hotel. We stayed at The Marni Hotel to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and it couldn't have been more perfect. 「Unfortunately, I would not recommend it. The service is nowhere near five-star standard. The biggest issue is the staff. Many speak very little English, are often unhelpful, and some have a poor attitude. My five-year-old daughter was repeatedly ignored while waiting patiently for a bottle of water, with adults who joined the queue after her being served first. 「Amazing hotel.. I highly recommend it. Excellent location close to the beaches. All of the staff is amazing especially Dilara who went above and beyond what was required of her. The hotel is very clean and the rooms have everything necessary for a comfortable stay. My only suggestion would be to have kid friendly options available for breakfast like pancakes and waffles etc.」

「Poor customer service. We were left to find out own rooms on arrival with wrong directions. Staff allowed people to que jump at the main reception despite me telling them that I have been queuing for a while. For the price and the supposed 5 star rating I was expecting 5 star service. 「Room’s too small and the window is not big enough for having a more open view. Only fixed shower which is not convenient. However breakfast and the view of the restaurant is exceptional!」

「The manager smoked at reception and at the pool. The room was never cleaned, just briefly tidied. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Water wasn’t provided daily and the staff struggled to communicate a common message. The gym was okay and so was the pool. The manager tried to scam us multiple times and they were not overly welcoming. I wouldn’t recommend the place as the staff try to exploit travelers.」
