"This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I would say it is excellent. The location is very convenient, with Shin Kong Mitsukoshi, the largest shopping mall in Tainan, right next door.
The breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of choices. I especially loved the authentic local dishes. Another highlight is the housekeeping staff, they are hardworking and very helpful whenever I need assistance.
As for areas that could be improved, the elevators can be quite busy during peak hours. It takes around 8–10 minutes to travel from my room on the 11th floor to the ground floor.
Additionally, some staff members could be more attentive to customer needs. For example, when I paid for laundry services and requested an invoice, I was given one with an incorrect amount."
