Disappointment

it was a terrible experience. We book 3 rooms for 3 nights. Suppose to be a none smoking rooms/floors but room was smelling like an ashtray . TV was not working. They changed to room, it was again the same problem, pillows were smelling tobacco , corridors were smelling tobacco. My friends rooms were the same o TV working. Every morning we were complaining to the reception about the TV problems but every night when we return to the hotel , every thing was the same , no TV. Hotel called Asrin Park Hotel & Spa. But pool opens at 10 am. so no swimming in the morning :) . They advertise bars and restaurants in the Hotel but they do not serve alcohols . So they have bars but no alcohol. I would not go back there again. My friends making joke about the hotel and it is because of me arranged the booking, now they blame me for their bad experience in Ankara.

Resepsiyondakiler yüzünüze bakmamak için telefonla ve bilgisayar ekranı ile uğraşıyor.10 dakika elimizde valizlerle bekledik orda.İlk verilen odanın camı açılmıyordu neyse ki değiştirdiler.Odalar çok ses geçiriyordu.Ama temizlik görevlisi Dilek Hanım harikaydı.Ona teşekkür ediyoruz burdan.

Negatives !!! They charge 25 Tlr per person for using gym and spa facilities which is not nice. They didn't say that in their additional fees on booking pages. The breakfasts are almost same everyday. Positives !!! Great city view, nice property area, parks, restaurants

Odaya ilk girdiğimizde yerler kirliydi. Duş yeri cam kabinle tam kapalı değildi yarım kapalıydı ve su tüm banyoya dağılıyordu. Onca para vermemize rağmen ve 4 yıldızlı olmasına rağmen havuzunu kişi başı extra günlük 30 tl dediğinde iyice canım sıkıldı. Üstelik otele gitmeden önce balayı çiftiyiz diye belirtmeme rağmen hiçbir extra birşey yapmamislardi. Diğer otellerde balayı çiftine extra hizmetler sunulmakta. Kısacası 4 yıldızın hakkını vermiyor. Güleryüzlü karşılandık. Rezervasyon esnasında söylenen fiyatı ödedik. Ofa gayet temizdi, sessiz sakindi. Klima yeterli. Odada çay kahve ketıl var. Havuzu saunası spası var ama kullanmadık onu yorum yapamam . Wifide sabah promlem yaşamadık akşama doğru wifide sorun yaşadık. Aşağıda ağaçlar içinde güzel bir oturma alanı var. Orayı çok beğendik. Kahvaltıda herşey vardı. Gayet güzel hem göz hem mide doyurucuydu. Yorumlarda kötü diyenler her gün ne yiyor diye merak ettim bi an. 1 puan kırmamın sebebi yastık menüsü olmasına rağmen yastık seçemememiz ve odada terlik olmaması. Terlik kalmamış bu yüzden veremediler. Bir de 3 kişilik odada 2 su, 2 şampuan, 2 saç kremi 1 duş jeli olması, 2 havlu olmamalı kişi sayısına göre olmalı.

İdeal hotel

Konum olarak dikmende çok ideal bir konumda, rahatlıkla otopark alanı bulunabiliyor ve arabanız olmasa dahi kolaylıkla ve kısa zamanda şehrin merkezine seyahat edebilirsiniz. Şehir merkezinin kalabalığından uzak sakin ve sessiz bir konumda. Otel çalışanları çok kibar ve ilgili. Bu hoteli rahatlıkla tavsiye edebilirim. Ailece de huzur içerisinde konaklama yapılabilecek bir hotel bunu özellikle vurgulamak istiyorum. Bilhassa resepsiyon görevlisi arkadaşlara isteklerime hem hemen hem de olumlu yanıt verdikleri için çok teşekkür ederim. 2 günlük konaklamam dahilinde kesinlikle bir olumsuzluk yaşamadım.

Aşırı zorunlu ihtiyaç yoksa kalmayı önermiyorum

Otele saatlerce yoldan gelmemize ve sigara içilmeyen oda istemememize rağmen sigara içilen oda verildi.. Odaya gidince berbat koku vardı başka oda yok denildi. Müşteri memnuniyeti sıfır diye ısrar edince başka odaya verildik. Odaya girer girmez tv ünitesinden böcek yürüdü.... Banyo havlularının arasından bir topak saç çıktı.. Banyonun duş camı yarım olduğundan banyo redmen çocuk havuzu oldu. Hiç memnun kalmadık. Tavsiye etmiyoruz...

Temiz ama odalardan çok ses geliyor

Yan odadaki televizyon sesi yüksek olmamasına rağmen odamda yankılandı. Televizyonların konumu ve duvarın inceliği sanırım sebebi ve beni rahatsız etti. Onun dışında fazla bir sorun olmadı. Genel olarak temiz ve sakindi. Zaten hiç bir imkanından yararlanmadım sadece yattım o yüzden diğerlerini bilemiyorum. Sonuç olarak
