Beautiful hotel with wonderful service in a prime location in Ankara. We have had a very relaxing vacation in an elegant and quiet atmosphere. Fitness room, indoor swimming pools and sauna are included in the price, and massage and Turkish hamam are extras. Highly recommended.

Unclean bathroom and dirty front of vanity. Cleaned after warning. NO HYGENIC BAND on toilet seat, we are told they do not have this practice in this hotel. Inadequate lightning in bathroom and on vanity and safe box area. It is impossible to adjust AC temperature setting, AC noisy, long and very long non hygenic hair style of female food servers. Front desk, dining room, and all the rest hotel staff are VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. Breakfast is excellent quality and presentation. Overall quality of hotel (minus the excellent staff) is poor. It is significantly inferior to avarage class roadside hotels such as Holiday Inn or Hampton Inn. Significantly inferior but pricey compared to the smaller hotel just across the street from this Hilton.

Very friendly staff, especially the young blonde lady who works at the guest relations desk (I forgot her name!). Rooms are average, need an update - otherwise good hotel. However, one huge disappointment was a male front desk team charging my credit card with over 1,000 gbp even though my stay was pre paid for. I am still waiting for a refund, they are taking very long to sort this issue and I don't this is not acceptable.

2nd stay for business. I was welcomed personally by the Duty Manager, wished a happy birthday and left a huge birthday cake and sweets in my room. They also helped me find a new travel adapter when mine broke.

FİYAT PERFORMANSI EKSİ BİR OTEL

Kahvaltı güzeldi, akşam yemekleri yetersiz ve çocukların yiyebileceği yemek çeşidi yok denecek kadar yoktu. Akşam yemeği alınması yerine sadece oda kahvaltı almak daha mantıklı, odaya girerken oda içerisindeki mini bar için önceden 1.000 TL depozito alınmasını doğru bulmuyorum. Bu şekilde herkes potansiyel ..... gözü ile bakıldığını düşünmekteyim. Bunun yerine gelen müşterilere yediğiniz içtiğiniz var mı? gibi bir soru sorulabilir yada müşteri çıkışında kontrol yapılabilir. Bu otelde 1 gecelik fiyatına diğer marka otellerde 2 gece kalınabilir, bir farkı da yok yani,

Special thanks - * Elif from the front desk, she goes above and beyond. She was really helpful, kind and accommodating. * Cagri from Housekeeping, very kind, on top of his job, very welcoming * Hotel management - going beyond and offering a bigger compensation even after our visit. Location - is great Spa - is really goo Reality : The hotel is quite old. Recommendation : Implement a better smoke sensor system. We were on the 10th floor - smoke free. But it was obvious that guests before us smoked in the room. all towels had smoke smell on. Front desk immediately sent the crew to clean the air in the room but better smoke sensors can be a better option.

Kesinlikle kalabilirsiniz…..

Otel gayet güzeldi. Resepsiyonist Başak hanım biraz yardımcı olamadı. Bir istek sunmuşken birazcık kibarlığını bozdu diyebilirim. Olsun sonuçta onlar da yoğun çalışıyorlar. Ama güvenlik görevlileri, kat hizmetleri personeli, Restaurant görevlileri gayet iyilerdi. Özellikle odamızla ilgilenen bir kat görevlisi beyfendisi vardı. Kibarlığına ve özeninen hayran kaldım. Özellikle konumundan çok memnun kaldım. Odalar çok temizdi. Restaurant çalışanları gayet ilgili ve bilgilerdi. Her ne konuda sorunuz varsa çekinmeden sorabilirsiniz. Çünkü onlar çok iyiler. Odaların iç dizaynları gayet iyi sizin için her şey düşünülmüş durumda. En ufak eksik ya da isteğiniz olduğunda hızlıca çözüme ulaşıyor. Odadaki evler çok iyi. Çözünürlüğü olsun, yeniliği olsun ben çok beğendim. Yeniden gitsem yeniden kalırım. Asla şüphe etmem. Ankara’da benzeri Sheraton var. İkisinde de kaldım. Sheraton’a göre HiltonSA derim. Ve bunu her zaman derim.
