My stay at Lugal Hotel in Ankara was wonderful! The staff truly made the experience stand out. Sinem made check-in a breeze, and Aysima ensured my checkout was efficient and friendly. A special mention to Bura, who went above and beyond in guiding me on where to go and what to see in the city. The hotel itself was luxurious and comfortable, with excellent service throughout. The very best in every way

We stayed for three nights and from the moment we entred to the moment we left, we had a wonderful time. The staff is welcoming and attentive non stop, friendly and serviceminded. At Lugal you are treated both like a family member and a Royal. Our first visit was nearly ten years ago and we would never consider another hotel in Ankara. Even if the hotel itself and the rooms are beautiful, it is the staff making it worth coming back!

Ankara’da merkezi bir konumda olan Lugal A Collection otelin odalarının genişliği ve konforu mükemmeldi. Ama beni en çok mutlu eden personelin kalitesi, güleryüzü ev samimiyetiydi. Hepsi birbirinden değerli tüm personele öncelikle teşekkür ederim. Kahvaltı salonu tadilatta olmasına rağmen 2 günlük konuklamada 1. gün hemen yanında yer alan Sheratonda ki kahvaltıyı beğenmedim. Buna rağmen 2. gün sabahı odaya istediğimiz ürünlerle donatılmış kahvaltıyı yollayınca tüm olumsuz duygularım değişti.
