「We stayed in Room 408 for three nights. The bed linens were nice, and the room was cozy, as expected. However, the bathroom was so small it was difficult to turn around in, and the water pressure was poor. It was also hard to adjust the water temperature.
For a hotel describing itself as “luxury,” we were also surprised there was no minibar, coffee machine, or refrigerator. At around $700 per night, we expected these basic amenities to be included.
We’ll look for other options next time for...

「Expedia advertises electric car charging but it really is Tesla charging. Scenic charging on Randall Island and you can walk while you charge. The hotel does not have an ice machine. Staff were great, though. No decaf coffee at breakfast and only 2 flavors of tea, but it was very old. A functional friendly place at a good price.」

The room could also benefit from better maintenance and cleaning, as the carpet had a tear and felt sticky. Housekeeping service was not provided during my stay, although the overnight clerk was very kind and helpful in providing fresh towels. I also noticed unpleasant odors in the...
