「Poor food service」

「Perfect! We had a classic apartment and holidayed with 4 adults and a 1 year old. The space was perfect! So handy that there is a SPAR on site. We did a Lidl shop before, but we really didn't need to. The SPAR was super cheap. We hired a car, which I'd recommend from the airport. The roads are super easy. Having the access to the beach club made all the difference. I think that's what made it good value for money, if that access wasn't there, I don't think it would have been worth the amount...

「Super Lage mit Blick auf den schönsten Strand im Süden. Shuttlebus zum Strand ist einmal die Stunde kostenfrei am Start. Man sollte wissen das es am Strand weder Liegen noch schattenspendende Schirme auf Hotelkosten gibt. Aber alles ist fair bezahlbar. Auch Taxifahrten vergleichsweise günstig. Die Zimmer sind etwas abgewohnt und könnten eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Sonst insgesamt die erwartet gute Riu Qualität. Personal hervorragend und sehr kinderfreundlich. 」

「Great location in Puerto Rico, down 182 steps to the main shopping centre with lots of bars, shops and restaurants. Great sized pool, although wasn’t heated so in April was freezing cold! Decent pool bar, although food a little expensive for the portion sizes and quality. Great apartment with all the things you need, clean and decent sized balcony with great views. Would stay again. 」

「The room was lovely needs TLC .the room above us kept moving table and chairs I don't know why? the balcony was great but the only set back were other people walking past quite a bit .I would like to thank the hotel for changing our room on the second day for my wife with the steps. last of all on the day we were leaving we booked a taxi with the hotel waited over an hour. Still no show with the axi in the end we had to walk to a taxi rank took over 2 hours for a 5 min drive to our next hotel....
