「The staff was amazing, the resort was quiet and peaceful. The food was solid, the beach was fun and the coastline cruise excursion was a great time. Did I mention the staff??? 「This was our first time in St. Lucia and it was fantastic. The Stonefield property is beautiful and the people (Fiera!) are very welcoming and helpful. 「I would have given my stay 5 stars but the staff communicates poorly I believe it’s more front desk and house keeping our first day there I ask them to have a happy birthday surprise for my boyfriends birthday and it was not noted but was noted was all the excursions I had to pay for then once the decorations was given it was hours after I requested it and the house keeper excuse was she stopped cleaning that why she’s late had that been communicated I would have waiting longer out of the room...

「I visited Jade Mountain Resort to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and we had an amazing time. The staff was wonderful—they gave us a tour of the property and decorated our room with balloons, making the celebration even more special. The view of the Pitons was breathtaking, and I would definitely stay here again.」

「Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and relax without being a bigger resort with a lot of noice you will love it. No snorkeling here as there is nothing to see. Location is NOT walkable to anything, which we did not know as far as looking on a map. The street this property is on requires a rental car or taxi to get around for anything...
