"Really easy check-in and friendly staff, valet parking was super convenient, room was beautiful, comfortable, and spacious. It really is a great locations, but the hotel is a bit noisy and we were on the top floor. Being a likely frequent spot for Disney visitors, guests were noisy when they returned from their day in the park and the design of the hotel acts like an amphitheater. The first night there was a baby in distress outside of a room for more than 15 minutes and I called the front desk and they seemed completely unaware of the situation. I even wondered if I should call the police. If it wasn't Grad week in Disneyland, it probably would have been quieter."

"Very old and run down. Could use lots of upgrade and didn't feel very clean or safe"

"Room was okay walls were dirty bathroom toilet paper holder broken fridge did not work and the room was humid even after turning on the AC parking was great they gave us a permit with two parking for both our cars since we booked two rooms staff was great and helpful the outside of the building very clean property was decent very close to Disney Land it was great that it was right of the freeway exit"

"Hotel was pretty good. Kiddos loved the water park area. Our building had a strong floral odor that was very over powering every time we entered the building. No restaurant on site and NO continental breakfast offered."

"The less-than-stellar reviews surprise me. Yes, the rooms could use some updating. But all the positives extremely outweigh this: - Big rooms with very comfy bedding and pillows. No problem with finding available outlets (someone else mentioned the lack of outlets but that wasn’t the case in my room) - TV with lots of channels (yes, channel guide is on a printed paper but I’d rather have that then stay at a hotel where their TV service barely worked/no guide) - Fast elevators - Beautiful lobby with very helpful staff - Multiple places to eat/grab food to bring up to your room. Breakfast buffet was yummy! - Gift shop/deli has almost everything you might need while traveling with friendly workers. - Shuttle service: on time, nice drivers I would absolutely stay here again!"
