Would be nice to have better lighting over long mirror. No handheld mirror in bathroom. Staff was very welcoming and friendly when checking in. "

"Very run down - reminded me of a nursing home in the hallways. Might be okay in the main building but avoid the garden tower completely. Bathroom shower floor was stained black with dirt. We wore shoes in the shower. Would never stay here again. Bus service was okay but often leaves early so just be aware and always be at stop at least 5 minutes early. "

"One of the biggest selling points for us was how close it is to the parks — it’s about a 10-minute walk from the hotel to the front gates. When you’re traveling with a toddler and all the gear that comes with that, proximity really matters, and this location made getting to and from the parks much easier. We reserved a room with a king bed, and when we walked in we were pleasantly surprised by how large the room was. The extra space ended up being incredibly helpful for our family of three. Traveling with a toddler means bringing a lot of extras — a pack-n-play, stroller, bags, snacks, and all the little accessories that seem to multiply when you’re away from home. Having a spacious room meant we could comfortably set up the pack-n-play for our son while still having plenty of room to move around without feeling cramped. It made a big difference compared to some hotel rooms where everything feels squeezed together. Our room was located on the bottom floor near the stairs. At first, I was a little concerned about the location because it was also close to the main entrance to the hotel. I was worried we might hear people constantly going up and down the stairs or coming in and out of the building, especially early in the morning or late at night. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case at all. The room was actually very quiet during our stay. We didn’t notice much "

"Staff were very helpful and courteous. Family suite in Building 1 was comfortable and clean. Great location with reasonably short walk to Disneyland entrance. Only significant disappointment was that my son found pool and splash pad water were not heated enough for him to enjoy. We visited in February and the high temperatures that week were low to mid 70s. And we disagree with their hot tub rules which require adult to actually be in hot tub (with child thru age 14) and not just nearby or has their feet dipped in tub ...even though there is a lifeguard right there! Our son is 11. But overall, would consider staying there again if visiting Disney."

"For the price, I wouldn’t stay here again. It was kind of run down, our room was kind of dingy, the water doesn’t get super hot, and I’m pretty sure there was blood splatter on the curtains and carpet. My husband and I joked that someone may have unalived themselves in our room to make light of it lol. I will say though that the location is great, it’s right around the corner from Disneyland. The staff was awesome and so was the free breakfast offered."
