Cute little inn within a 20 min walk or 5 min Uber ride to Disneyland. Liquor store out front is convenient for basic needs but nothing else really close by except for a Mexican restaurant next door. Only amenities were air conditioning and the mini fridge/freezer which was the best mini fridge/freezer I’ve ever seen in a basic room. The only issues we had, unfortunately, was pretty major for us which was with the cleanliness of the linen and towels and a sewer smell in the bathroom. Upon arrival, there were yellow stains on the comforter and every single towel and the smell coming from the bathroom was moderate. It was apparent the towels were washed but I think replacing the towels with stains is worth the investment. We opted for housekeeping the next morning and thankfully got better towels. As for the comforter, thankfully the sheets were clean, so we just made sure not to touch the comforter. The bunk beds were okay, but a big plastic cover from the top mattress was partially torn and hung down to the bottom bunk. A snack wrapper/trash was tucked in the plastic cover, which understandably could not easily seen by cleaning staff, but turned us off nonetheless. Lastly, when the air conditioning was on, it also caused an odor. All in all, it was a decent place to stay for the price, but it’s not a place we’d stay at again because of the lack of cleanliness and odorous air.

I was very disappointed when I arrived at this hotel. The exterior isn’t maintained properly. The room was dated, not very clean, and uncomfortable to stay in. No ice machine on the property, the Keurig didn’t work to make coffee, and the blinds didn’t open. The only perk was the bus stop right there with direct service to Disneyland.

We stayed here due to the reviews are here and the pics being decent also because it was close to Disneyland where we were heading the next day. NEVER AGAIN! Not even 10 mins being in the room we saw the biggest roach every run across the room. We couldn't not get past it and rearranged the whole room til we found it the floor and under the bed was so disgusting and there were holes in the wall. Once my husband found the roach and killed it I went to the office to show them the pics and let them know what happen and gave us another room, and even that room felt soooo dirty all night it felt like bugs were crawling on you .

Stayed at this lovely Inn at the last minute to celebrate my birthday weekend at Disneyland. No one was at the front desk when I arrived but once they came out, check-in was easy with no issues. We stayed on the 1st floor (no elevator). Beds were very comfortable, snacks in room (nice touch), bathroom was a really good size with a shower that had excellent water pressure. Great size TV with many channels, plenty of lighting and lots of space to sit or hang your belongings. We enjoyed ourselves. Only drawback is there is no pool but for this stay we did not need it since we were at the park the whole day. Thank you California Inn.

Really enjoyed the location to Disney but the room was very dusty. There was a lot of visible dust on the headboard, ceiling, tv and surfaces. It was tough for us to breath. The tv didn’t work- it turned on but we couldn’t watch anything, the screen would go black. The beds were clean and comfortable.

The beds were very comfortable but 2 of the towels in our restrooms were dirty. The floor looked like it wasn’t swept or mopped. The windows need curtains because you can see everything inside. Location wasn’t bad but there was also a musty smell. The shower water gets all over the floor. Also the blankets and pillow covers were dirty.

Checking into the room was odd. The office door said to ring the doorbell — so we did — and the front desk person came through another door telling us to just twist the knob (thanks, Captain Obvious lol.) The front desk person who checked us in honestly looked disheveled & seemed out of it. After being in the room for a little, we noticed our room looked as though it hadn’t been properly cleaned. There were marks on the walls, dirt/dust in corners, stains on decorative pillows, & even a graffiti tag on a shelf in the bathroom. On top of this, it was insanely loud when guests above us showered. Like, I’m talking it sounded like there was a raging waterfall coming down. It was functional, but we will not be returning.

Easy check in and had the choice of which floor. We wanted to stay on. Very cute the second you drive up all the way to your room which is cutely styled. It was a hit with my teen girl who said it was “aesthetically pleasing” and requested we stay there each visit to Anaheim.

Check in was smooth and easy. The guy at the counter was very informative and nice about the room. He let us know all the snacks and drinks were for us free of charge, which after a day at Disneyland was awesome! The room smelled cleans looked clean. A few dirty spot on the walls, probably from suitcases rubbing. Very nice. In the morning I took a shower a there was a huge cockroach, just one, but huge by the shower. The room was very dirty (light fixtures coated in dust, walls covered in black streaks, water damage in bathroom and ceilings covered in moisture damage) The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The shower has no door so water spread all over the floor and caused me to slip. The AC unit was very loud and bright outdoor lights shined through the window slats making it hard to sleep. I do not recommend staying here.
Water damage. There was also damage all over the ceiling.
No shower door so water poured out onto the floor creating very slippery surface. Had to pile up all our towels to soak it up.

COMFY BEDS! Not super squishy but not hard, possibly memory foam, not sure. My hips did not hurt. Down comforters. Nice bathroom. Complimentary drinks and snacks in room. Free parking, easy going staff, very accommodating. Clean (although baseboards and some walls need some touch up paint). Good coffee, Peet’s, mini keurig so you could bring your own if preferred. Mini moo creamers. Will stay again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The room was not as clean as expected, and there was visible mold growing along the side of the shower. The walls were heavily scuffed, and the entire room felt very humid and uncomfortable. It did not feel fresh or well-maintained, which made it hard to relax and enjoy our stay. I hope management takes steps to improve cleanliness and overall upkeep
