「I couldn't believe that the billing system of a 5-star hotel could have such a low-level error. The hotel can enjoy meals for $30 per day after paying a $35 destination fee. I had breakfast around 10 on the check out day, which should have been included as free, but the hotel charged for the full amount. In my first call with them, I strongly stated that it was an error. 「房间虽然不大但基本设施齐全，有微波炉和冰箱，户外还有小游泳池，每天供应免费早餐，我们选这酒店是因为地理位置，和迪士尼两个乐园隔着个马路，迪士尼之旅住了三个晚上，每天晚上从迪士尼乐园玩回来就直接睡觉，我们有两个小宝宝，入住选在三楼，非常安静，晚上休息得好白天玩得愉快。」

「我們在這住宿3個晚上。飯店距離迪士尼樂園步行只需要15分鐘左右，非常適合到迪士尼樂園的旅客住宿。客房內有廚房設備可使用，環境舒適。美中不足的是浴室內的洗髮乳沐浴乳僅剩空瓶，工作人員完全沒有巡視補充。」

「Nice clean rooms , close to Disney… walkable. There’s a restaurant and bar in hotel. Room service available. Family friendly. We enjoyed our stay. All staff were great. The bartender was a little annoyed by us on our first night but we have had her help us before on other stays and is usually very nice. I think she may not have been feeling well because she was wearing a mask and just seemed over it….so apologies to her if we were too much. Everything else was good! We will visit again soon 」

「This is our second stay here at California Inn and we were not disappointed. Even though we were late checking out they were very understanding about it. They only suggestion we would have is possibly provide an option to have a microwave oven for a little extra fee to warm up left over food. Otherwise we were not disappointed with our stay. 」
