Great location, but it needs updating. Our room had cobwebs on the ceiling and smelled old. You can hear everything above you, walking by outside your room, and on either side of you. The staff was nice and the breakfast they offer is very good.

Pros: This is the most convenient location when visiting Disneyland and it offers breakfast. The staff is friendly and as for in-room items, I appreciated the microwave and fridge. Cons: Parking spaces are limited and can be a challenge for larger vehicles. If you can’t find a space and need to circle back, you’ll need to exit and drive down the street to U-turn back into the parking lot while trying to avoid Disney-goers jay-walking.

部屋はキレイで気持ちよく使えました。 部屋には冷蔵庫に加えて電子レンジもあり、便利でした。コーヒーメーカーがあるものの、壊れていて使えなかったのが残念でしたが、フロント横にコーヒーメーカーがあり、24時間使えたので、こちらで代用できました。 何よりも良かったのは、ディズニーの入口の目の前なので、パークとホテルの行き来がとても楽でした。 ディズニーに行くのが目的なら、とても良いホテルだと思います。

Lady at the front desk is not friendly at all. Thia hotel charges quite a lot of money to be in such bad conditions. We stayed in room 244, doornob to bathroom door didn't work, fans were extremly loud, bathtub leaked water and lights flickered. Staff at the restaurant were amazing!

You cannot beat this location directly across the street from Disneyland’s main entrance. We enjoyed the complementary buffet breakfast offered daily and the pool. The Mexican restaurant located next to the hotel is fantastic!

Wie sollte es auch anders sein, es ist die Lage der Unterkunft... Für einen Besuch bei Disneyland ist dieses Hotel wohl wirklich die erste Wahl, was Nähe zum Park angeht. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet - auch ein großer Kühlschrank ist vorhanden. Allerdings sind die Zimmer recht dunkel, bzw. wenn man die Lamellen der Fenster öffnet, schaut halt auch jeder ins Zimmer, da die Gänge vor den Fenstern hergehen - aber wer hier bucht, wird den Tag wohl eher woanders verbringen... Frühstück war inbegriffen und gibt es nebenan in einem kleinen Restaurant - die Auswahl ist ausreichend, die Qualität so lala... Parkmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden und mit 20$ pro Nacht noch akzeptabel.

Room was clean and check in staff was friendly. Only complain is that even though I messaged prior to our arrival and notified of a delivery ahead of time and also when I checked in, the front desk staff “mistakenly” rejected my delivery. I got stuck without a stroller which made our nights miserable, dragging our kids from park to hotel. They never even offered to help, just said sorry and that’s it.

Location, location, location. The location is within a 5-10 min walk to both the main entrances of Disneyland and California Adventure. We got soaked on Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and were able to easily walk back to the room to change and return to the park. The free breakfast was just OK and the pool and jacuzzi were ordinary (not as nice as other Disneyland area hotels), but we were planning to spend most of the time in the theme parks and Downtown Disneyland. Book this hotel if you plan on making frequent trips back to the room.
