The staff at the front desk were not very courteous. We had to ask how to access the elevators a get to our room. The floors in our room were dirty and there was long hair on the shower walls. This was not our best Marriott experience.

There are plenty of places to eat in Amherst and a good sized movie theater. We compared them and Duff's wings are better the Anchor Bar's.
