"I was here for a week with co-workers for a conference in the area. We have all raved about how fabulous our stay was at this hotel. The hotel is clean, convenient to the beach and many restaurants; it has excellent amenities including a great pool, hot tub, wonderful outdoor space with a patio, complete outdoor kitchen, 3-hole putt-putt golf, lots of board games in the lobby, and nice laundry facilities; there is a wonderful breakfast and the kitchen and dining staff are awesome (special shout-out to Micheal and Zach who work hard to keep the dining room clean and are so pleasant); we also appreciated and utilized the free shuttle--it takes you all over the island, whereever you need to go at your request--what other hotel does that? Huge thanks to the shuttle driver, Drake, who went above and beyond to make sure we got to-and-from our conference at all hours--amazing customer service! The best thing about this hotel is its staff--from Makayla at the front desk to Chris the engineer--seriously, we needed to get to a conference early one morning before the free shuttle officially started running and the gentleman at the desk said someone would get us there and Chris the engineer hoped behind the wheel of the shuttle with a smile on his face and did it! Chris told us on the drive that the hotel manager focuses on finding employees who are friendly and customer service oriented, and teaches them to always see things from the perspective of a guest--it is apparent! Kudos!"
