「Breakfast was stale and lacked variety, we passed and went to McDonald's.」

「The room was very nice. My dog found a tooth picker just under the side of the bed. We are lucky he brought it too us. He could of swallowed it and caused a foreign body. The bath tub was exteremly slippery both me and my husband slipped in the tub. On line its says pet $15 per pet but was charged $25 per pet.」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Fairfield in Dixon. my family and I really enjoyed our time there. The pool was a big hit, the breakfast was great each morning, and the staff went above and beyond by giving us a sweet Easter basket, which was such a kind and thoughtful touch. That gesture really made our stay feel extra special. Everyone was welcoming, and the overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable. We’d gladly stay again.」

「When we arrived to our room at 5:30pm, 2 1/2 hours after the time we could check in, the bed was not made, there were dirty towels and wash cloths in the tub. Went to front desk since the phone wasn’t working to call guest services. Told clerk the issues, she said they were full so couldn’t change room, but would contact the owner to see what he could do. She explained the issues and mentioned this was the 2nd time this week this has happens. Owner who is international, claimed it was clean just...

「1st, was placed next to a bunch of construction groups (noisy), 2nd: TV was broke, 3rd: no glasses to even get a drink of water, 4th: toilet wouldn't flush right, 5th: ABSOLUTLY NOTHING FOR BREAKFAST, no coffee, no rolls, and no staff to be found at 7am, this was a train wreck........................................... 」
