"A fantastic location and building, clean and containing all you would expect at this level. Staff, especially reception and cleaning staff were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. We were a little disappointed with the room decor - a couple of stains on the bathroom and bedroom ceilings. The breakfast was also underwhelming - overcooked eggs and tomato spoiled an otherwise excellent overnight stay."

"Was a self check-in and check-out process. Has only just re-opened and they are clearly getting up to speed. Was a tuesday night and no restaurant open, but plenty of options in Arundel. Bed comfy and decent amenities."

"Staff were very friendly, breakfast was great. Third time I’ve stayed recently, Arundel itself is a short 7-10 min walk plenty of places to eat & drink & see the castle of course. Hotel is literally next to the train station so very handy, rooms have ceiling fans which are handy in the heat. Next to a busy road but you tune out to it."

"Our whole stay was wonderful. The staff (Nori and Nevin) did everything they could to welcome us and make sure we were made to feel special. Our room (the Castle Room) was beautifully fury, the bed was very comfortable and the walk in shower was large and powerful . My husband had the full English breakfast which he said was delicious with top quality ingredients. I was more than happy with the Continental breakfast of fresh fruit and creamy thick yoghurt . We can't wait to return to experience pre Christmas in Arundel"

"Great stay. The rooms were lovely and the staff were great. Albeit a very hot evening in an old place the fan was just enough. Can’t expect ac in such an old property but would be nice. They didn’t know on our booking we had a child as the third party and the hotel had mis communication but they quickly rectified the issue, just wish it had been sorted before we checked in late. Breakfast was great and staff were amazing"
