Wonderful service bu those very friendly and helpful staffs but one problem is the rooms which located on the ground floor are just next to the bar courtyard, you can hear all the noises by the customers because they just seats outside your windows.」

I normally come back to the home (or to the Hotel ) late after work, the night staff are amazing, Billy and Mitch are super friendly, very helpful and great for a bit of a chat. These Guy's have made my stay so nice and welcoming I even call it 'Going Home to the Hotel'. 「Small hotel in a residential area close to the beach. Very modern, clean and spacious bar and outside seating area. The room was small but not cramped and was furnished in keeping with the hotels decor. There was a birthday party taking place in the evening but the staff were quietly efficient and spent an appropriate time to check us in. If there is a downside it has to be the car park. It’s small and very awkward to navigate when full - 7 spaces in two separate areas. Not however a reason to...

「Bexs rooms are a great find we had rooms 1and 2 we were not disappointed. Easy to find, parking by the rooms. rooms were clean,tidy, had everything that we wanted.beds were great we slept like a baby!! Outside area with table and chairs was a nice touch. This will definitely be our go to place when we are back in Ferring seeing family ....thanks for a great stay 」
