"The hotel is very tucked back, so it is quiet, the rooms in common areas have been freshly remodeled and are looking amazing, it was very clean. The rooms were very large in size. The beds were comfortable. We had very little interaction with the staff, except checking in, which was fine friendly we did not eat at the facility at all, so I can't comment on the restaurant."

"This place was by far the worst I have stayed at in a while. They did not let you know there was no breakfast but advertised they did state it was under construction but still changed full price. Laundry was broken could not use. They didn’t have clean rooms there was a bloody noise bogey on the shower curtain when we arrived and it was still there when we left probably still there. Never would I stay there again not even for free "

"The over all hotel was extremely dirty. The shower curtain had brown stains all over it and the blinds were broken and barely hanging on. As we checked in we noticed all of the cars in the parking lot at the time had a window that was broken and taped up and there was glass EVERYWHERE in the parking lot and on the sidewalk. When asking the front desk lady she said a couple cars at this hotel and the one down the street were broken into acting as though this was just a usual thing here in Ohio which. She said “yeah if you aren’t from Ohio this is a thing that happens here” I live in Youngstown Ohio and that doesn’t even happen here. After talking to another hotel guest they stated EVERY car on the lot was broken into the night before (Friday). We went back out to the car later that evening to check on it and there were 12 cars that we saw with windows broken and a whole window in a parking space shattered that was not cleaned up from the night before. The pillows were horrible along with the bed. Over all it was a terrible experience and I barely slept fearful that my car was going to be broken into. Would not recommend staying here and would never stay here again."

"The noisiness of the hotel (staying in room 209 that overlooks the lobby) made the experience average. People slamming doors and blabbering in the halls late at night is typical stuff. But waking up overnight to the sounds of tables and chairs or something being dragged across the floors isn’t. Or banging garbage cans around in the lobby. Then the ambient music comes on at 4:30 am. Bring your ear plugs. "
