「Very clean hotel! It looks fairly new but it’s almost 10 years old. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was great! Nice size and the shower was huge! The shower head is very high so you can’t redirect it but that’s ok. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. My only issue was with the TV. It’s mounted so close to the wall I wasn’t able to plug in my Fire Stick TV which was a bummer. Other than that minor thing I have no complaints at all! Very nice place to stay. 」

「Charles Bass is always a great place to stay. It's so tranquil and inviting. The place was clean and the entire home is beautiful. 」

「The room was large, spotless and well appointed. The staff was absolutely wonderful and what a nice perk to have such a wonderful service as the shuttle back-and-forth to the casino. I forgot the young man's name who drove the shuttle, but he was so fun. Julie at the front desk was a great representative of the hotel. Next time I come to see a concert at the casino in town I will definitely be booking the Holbrook hotel!」

「The only complaint is they don’t have breakfast it would be very nice if they did it would be more or less to say thank you to the guest that stayed there. Well at least let them know that they appreciate people that stayed there. is more than just staying in a room to bring business interact with your guest. Let them know what they do and don’t like to bring in more business. go the extra step or the extra mile that’s what normal people would do.」
