「Clean and comfortable, friendly staff.」

「We enjoyed the coffee available, drink beverage vouchers, food was great!」

「The young man behind the help desk came off as very rude when we ask to change rooms. I would have liked to got my money back and went somewhere else. These younger generation kids are very bad at customer service.」

「Just an over night, it was quiet although we wanted to use the pool but it was cold. Had a great time visiting old town Cape Girardeau. But don’t waste your money eating at the Port house.」

「Location is steps away from main drag and SIU campus.」

「The whole place is geared towards maybe a shady side. I say this because the room as advertised read as accommodates 5. We had two adults and three children, two teens. There is absolutely no place for a fifth. When I inquired about this i was told they even list these rooms as accommodate 7. No way possible in a two queen room. The nice attendant did find us a really sketchy looking fold-away bed, so we made it. Things were cleaned,, such as the floor, but the walls were in disrepair, the trim...

「Standard King room was larger than expected, nice sized bathroom with walk-in shower. Exceptionally clean room, comfy bed. Nice restaurants. In room amenities were great, no microwave in the room which really wasn't a problem. Microwave was available in the lobby/gift shop area.」

「飯店乾淨,以美國飯店有含免費早餐而言,算是還可以,雖然可選擇性的餐點不多,但至少不會挨餓」

「Clean, spacious suite, enjoyable kick back and breakfast!」

「Stayed here overnight for a wedding. Room was clean and they allowed us to check in early with no fee. Location is ideal, being walking distance from a Cracker Barrel and a breakfast place. Stores like Target and Walmart are only about a 5 minute drive.」

「Clean Room」

「Well worth the lower price tag for only one night.」

「The property was beautiful. However it was listed on Expedia as having a sofa bed which we required. It did not have a sofa bed. It didn’t even have a sofa, it had a love seat. Pretty hard for someone to sleep on. Also, the bar/nightclub attached will keep you up till closing. Very loud. Check with who rented the room next to you. We had a group shooting an adult film. Loud sexual noises followed by a shower and then repeated numerous times. Started in the evening and went all night until 7am....
