"The hotel could use an upgrade. The elevators are old and slow. We had an issue, the refrigerator in our room didn’t work. We told the front desk about it twice. Each time Ty said they would send an engineer right away. The engineer never came. We stayed at this hotel before. I doubt if we will stay there again"

"We had an outstanding stay at Viejas Casino and Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional—every staff member said hello and was friendly, and attentive. They really made us feel welcome! The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The food was great with really large portions. The 9:00 fireworks display was a highlight! We had such a great time We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"
