"When I booked this hotel, I noticed the rating was unbelievably high, and it turned out they truly deserved it! The room was clean, very large, and offered incredible views. They have a massive garden that is gorgeous In fact, the photo I took in the garden is one of the best for that entire area I took. Bus stations are very close to the hotel, making it convenient to visit all the famous local sites using the free bus tickets they provided. We left our car parked safely at the hotel and took the bus for three days. The breakfast was good, and they also prepared a breakfast bag for our early departure. The salad buffet at dinner was excellent, though the main dishes didn't quite meet our expectations, so we only ate dinner there one night."

"Staff were always willing to help, very kind and patient too. Room was OK, balcony was on the smaller side, but big enough for us, bed super comfortable, slept very very well, the shower however was extremely small. Breakfast is pretty standard pastries, toast, jams, hams, cheese etc, worked well for us.. the coffee on the other hand is not great at all, and the fruit juiceachine was all out of juice too. We enjoyed our stay, thank you to all the staff, upgrading our room for us, finding us extra pillows, and even extra cherry jam too!"

"One of the best hotel spas I have ever experienced. Multiple types of saunas, steam rooms, and cold plunge. Besides that, the views are incredible. The room was very nice. The breakfast buffet was pretty good but what makes it is you can order things like pancakes for no additional charge. Location is great for relaxing at the hotel, taking a gondola down to town or chairlift up , or hiking and biking. If doing hikes (or traveling to things) not on the mountain frequently, it may not be the best option as it is a long drive up the mountain. Staff was excellent. Multiple restaurants so you don’t have to leave."

"The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings have English translation Honestly just book it, there's no way you'll be disappointed and the magic of this place just can't be captured in photos or words."
