「Breakfast food was stale. We needed to ask to have our room turned over daily and we had to ask everyday as wasn’t done even when we asked. Facilities were clean overall. Not enough places to put your things in the room. No microwave. Not enough hooks, bathroom fan didn’t work and bathroom tiles were loose. One staff nighttime worker only who was very nice/responsive.」

「We had an okay stay at the Comfort Inn West Hazleton while on a golf trip and stayed for two nights. The room itself was nice, and the shower pressure was excellent—one of the best parts of our stay. The wings in the restaurant were delicious, and the complimentary breakfast was good each morning. The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The biggest downside was that both our room and the hallway carpets had a noticeable dog odor. We also heard dogs...

「I am handicapped. The one and only handicapped space was occupied by a live in resident who can walk well and even rides a motorcycle parked next to his red chevrolet truck in the handclapped space I tried to check in a day earlier and the desk service was beyond bad with me going elsewhere for the night. I would not return」

「Love our trip and stay. The pool and hot tub was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The only complaint I had was the pillows. They became hard after you laid on them. The breakfast was good. Definitely will book again.」
