「The accessible bathroom had some issues. The bathroom sink was partially clogged, the shower allowed water to flood the bathroom floor, and the shower caused the shower curtain to intrude into the shower space to the extent that it was not usable.」

Got assigned a second room on 3rd floor with no elevator, room ok, but AC was set at 60 and room didn't get below 78 degrees, so it ran constantly. As I was leaving and checked under the bed for my stuff, there was clothing and trash from previous stays. And the 3rd floor was hot and smelled like dirty diapers.」

「The shampoo and conditioner bottles mounted in the shower were empty! The thermostat was it working in our room! There were homeless people hanging out at the side entrance we used to get to our room! I will not stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone!」

「For $130, I would expect the room to be clean. Bathroom had alot of water damage under the sink on the wall same for around the bath. Sink faucet moved completly over when we turned it on and off. Breakfast was ok, but bread products were definitely not fresh.」
