「New hotel in a tower. Everybody is on a higher floor because of some businesses in the middle floors. Check-in area is crowded with a bar and you have to walk down some stairs (there may be an elevator) and through a cafe to make it to the elevators. The botanical garden is next door but has limited opening hours. The neighborhood is not great, and the walk to North Station downright scary.」

「Great location. You can walk to Metro (Rogier) and shopping mall (City 2) within 5 minutes. Although there are some homeless on the street, it is still safe around the hotel. The front desk staff are super helpful. They help me to photocopy document and tell me the direction of my school. That's why I extend 1 week in this hotel. I would definitely choose Thon Hotel if I visit Brussels in the future. I will recommondend to my friends too. 」
