Great location away from the crowds but still walkable to the sights ,bars, restaurants and shopping! The bathroom was nicely remodeled, but the room well , needs some interior designer attention!

This property was in a good location and was reasonably priced. It had all the basics that you need and the reception staff were helpful. Don’t expect luxury, but for a 2 star property it was well kept and was fine. I’d stay here again for sure

Very helpful staff and able to leave luggage there while exploring Brussels for the day. Found a very nice bakery near by. Only 15min walk into the beautiful square. Brand new TV in the room. Very good linen on the beds. Lots of hot water.

This property needs a lot of work, it's worn out, out dated, and needs a lot of TLC. The price is right and the location is pretty good with a nice brunch place across the street. The staff is accommodating as well holding my luggage for 4 hours.

One night for a business trip

If you don't want to spend too much for spending one or two nights and stay close to the city center for business trips, this is ok. The hotel is very minimal and you should not pretend too much from it.

Horrible smell

This hotel is one of the dirtiest hotel I ever been to. The smell is so horrible that I had to stay away from the room all day. Location is very good and the staff members are very nice and helpful, however it doesn’t take much effort to fix the smell in every room. Also it would be helpful if you can change the bedsheets every now and then.

the people working there were fairly rude. The room had bed bugs and nothing was done about this. Overall a fairly terrible stay. The best way to describe it was a bed, and barely that.

I have travelled in over 70 countries. I have never encountered the level of rudeness and condescension l experienced at this property. The rooms are sub basic, no safe, tiny bathroom, nowhere to hang clothes. One plug socket, window giving on to an insecure light well. Linen was clean, although towels were old and rough. The hotel insist on key cards being returned to reception when guests go oit. They will not however, guarantee safety of property left in the rooms. When this was raised, the receptionist became angry, began to shout and attempted to intimidate me. This was not miscommunication, l speak fluent French. Overall, a run down, overpriced and badly maintained property. It's only good point is its superb location.

The only good thing about this place is the location. Unfortunately, it's not well maintained. The building needs renovation. It smells a little funky. You can tell they don't clean very often. I regret not spending the extra money for a better hotel.

On the description of the hotel they promised the available parking for 24 euros. It was not available. I need to find another hotel and didn't used this one despite I paid for it. Please, do not believe what they write.

Not very great.

The heater did not work in the room. I reported it to the front desk and they said they'd fix it but it still didn't get fixed. Luckily it wasn't too cold. They did not clean after my first night there; towels were still wet and bedding hadn't been change. They asked me if I wanted breakfast the first day and I said yes but only 2 of 3 days. When I ate the first day apparently they did not charge me so they had to charge me then. The breakfast was very disappointing for the price and they did not even have breakfast ready at the correct time on the morning of my checkout. The only positive things were that the room was fairly clean and the location is fairly close to Grand Place.
