Great small hotel to stay.

We had a great stay! It was super close to the Metro and walking distance to the Grand Place square and lots of shops and restaurants. The breakfast service (for a small fee) was of high standard. Staff were very courteous and accommodating. Was pleased with our stay.

Good stay

Great location and good breakfast. Nice rooms and comfortable. The only issue was the thin walls as i could hear the guest in the room next door snoring. Loud guests in the hall.

Excellent stay! Central location, can easily get to the grand place and other points of interest by walking or bus. The hotel and rooms were clean, safe, quiet and allowed for a very comfortable stay. The only recommendation is to have an AC unit attached to the wall instead of the portable one where we had to connect the exhaust pipe out the window. Other than that, no other issues, staff were nice and friendly. Highly recommend.

Location is very good. As a tourist, I found myself living within walking distance from most places I wanted to visit. Also, sometimes when I came back from my outing late at night the area seemed safe and quiet.

This is a generic, little, clean hotel that will do the work for a couple of nights. The staff was kind and efficient. Our room was tiny but clean and had an AC portable unit that saved the stay, because it was very hot the weekend we stay and the room is so small that it was getting stuffy very easily. I would recommend this little hotel for a quick visit to Brussels, it is a 15 min walking distance to the main plaza.

The room they gave us is not in the hotel and it is in a creepy basement across the street that reeks of raw sewage. There is no natural light and the furniture and mattress are terrible quality. I can hear all the upstairs tenants when they walk or use their toilet. Staying at Hotel du Congres was a terrible experience.
