「Great stay」

「it was a nice stay and good breakfast but no elevator to the 2nd floor」

「The room was clean and set up well, and the building was in good shape. It was a great place to spend a night.」

「Our room and the public areas were clean. Scott went out of his way to make our staff a little more comfortable. Sadly, the hot tub wasn't open during our stay due to maintenance.」

「Location was great. Breakfast said it was hot but only thing hot was toast and waffles. Staff were great. Toilet paper was sitting on the counter because holder didn’t have the pole. Mattress was too soft and bed frame was very, very squeaky. Not the worst I’ve seen but for sure not the best.」

「The room was clean, but we had no heat in the room and froze all night long. The phone provided in the room did not work, so we could not call the front desk or housekeeping. I notified them that the one of the hallway doors that lead outside was not secure. It was still not fixed in the morning.」
