「Very nice boutique hotel located in a quiet area of Montclair. The staff is super friendly and goes the extra mile to be helpful (I have left behind an AirPod - they found it and shipped it to my home). The design makes the place one-of-a-kind. 「We had a wonderful stay at this modern hotel in downtown Montclair. the location was excellent, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel restaurant was convenient, and we thoroughly enjoyed breakfast there. The food was fresh, well prepared and good quality. The parking was very expensive. We were able to find some street parkings.」

But the second floor, breakfast area is going under major renovation and it is filled with lot of broken furniture. Breakfast is not that great as well. 「We first checked in. Everything was fine until we tried to open the door with the card keys that didn't work went up-and-down the long hallways 3 times to the front desk and finally got in. The next morning got locked out again. I reported it, and we waited over 20 minutes while someone tried to fix it, but it wasn’t resolved. 「Our room was brand new and very nice. But the toilet was not working, had maintenance come to repair twice. Had to use the lobby restrooms for our stay. The hotel is under construction and the lobby and elevators are a mess and only one was working. The construction trucks, woke us up at 5am.」
