「I'm a Silver Elite IHG Member. I stayed here over a year ago, and everything was superb. This time, I was given a late check-out of Noon. (Silver Elite always receives this courtesy. I was 15 minutes later than I was supposed to be, 12:15 pm. They hit me with a $25.00 late fee. The reason I was late .... I spilled ice near the ice machine. Rather than leave the mess, I cleaned the mess up. So, I argued till 12:30 pm. They asked me to leave. I did. I'll never stay there again. In fact, I don't...

「We loved our stay here, directly across from the ‘City Harbor’ development. The suite we had was clean, spacious, modern, we liked the little kitchenette and the electric window shades, and it was equipped with nice big TV screens (one in the living area and a second in the bedroom). The shower was also roomy with no tub to step over, and a curved shower curtain rod so that you don’t risk having the curtain stick to you while you’re in there. We enjoyed sitting by one of the lakeside fire pits...
