"When we arrived the elevators were down, we were on the 4th floor. My daughter has cerebral palsy and my sister is handicap. Neither have a wheelchair but the stairs were a huge challenge. When we were getting ready for bed, we pulled out the couch to make the bed, there was only 2 small pillows and a sheet. No comforter so I attempted to call the front desk which took over an hour for someone to finally pick up and I asked for a comforter and 2 pillows. About a 1/2 hour later they knocked...
