「Management Chaos and Extremely Poor Service (Stayed 12/26-12/27) My stay from 12/26 to 12/27 was highly disappointing due to inconsistent management and unprofessional staff. Upon arriving late after a long road trip, the front desk was disorganized and even asked if I had "already checked in," causing a 15-minute delay for no reason. I had specifically pre-purchased breakfast and confirmed the hours with the front desk, who stated it ended at 10:30 AM. However, when I arrived with my family...

「The staff was very nice, friendly, and always helpful. The suite we stayed in for 7 days was very spacious . The beds and sheets were clean the kitchenette appliances and walls area could have used some cleaning up and wiping down . The walls in the kitchen area needs to be wiped down along with the walls in the restroom. The hotels is well lit and close to lots of restaurants, gas stations and Walmart . 「I use Holiday Inn Express and Suites whenever I travel between CA and NC twice each year. I really do not like leaving negative reviews, but Abilene is consistently higher priced than the other cities I stay in (Tucson and Tuscaloosa) and the hotel is never as clean and up to date. You deserve to know if you are planning a stay here.」
