"Our room was close to one of the exit doors. The exit doors don't close softly. Everytime the door slams shut you are straight up in bed wide awake. All exit doors need to be adjusted to close softly."

"Rooms dirty, sheets had hair on them, towels had long hairs on them. Checked in at 2am after a flight into Anchorage. Domestic dispute in the parking lot around 4 am with lots of yelling and F bombs woke me up. First room had a deadbolt that wouldn’t work and the lock you flip over for extra security was cracked and not functional. I would not stay here and would not recommend this hotel to anyone else. I was also bitten in multiple areas while I was sleeping. "

"The room and the hotel was great. It was like staying in a hotel in the 1800s but with modern comforts. Shops and restaurants within walking distance was nice. There were some homeless in the area and one of them was getting aggressive with us. Thankfully there were cops walking around and they came to our aid. So thankful for that."
