「From the moment you arrive, they make you feel welcome. The entrance offers you a selection of Arabic coffee, dates and small refreshments. The room, although small for a family of 4, was pretty clean. They brought enough teabags and water to get you refreshed. They were responsive to any queries, and will make up the room promptly and replace towels with fresh ones. They even stock up the bathroom with plenty of toiletries for the entire family to use. 「The word that best describes the hotel is fantastic! There are three buses operating 24 hours a day to take you to the Haram and bring you back (it’s only a 5-minute ride). The bus leaves every 30 minutes. The reception team is very kind, the hotel is very clean, and everything you need is available in the lobby. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!」

「Das Personal an der Rezeption und in dem gesamten Hotel waren sehr nett und freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel an sich liegt ungefähr 1,7 km von Al-Qaaba entfernt. Man könnte in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß laufen. Ansonsten bietet das Hotel kostenloser Shuttle Bus rund um die Uhr.」

「Love the hotel, it was our 4rd time staying with Double Tree by Hilton. This time I had a baby with me and I found it little too far and not so easy to go to Masjid for every prayer. Even the bus stopped far away from masjid so it was not practical for us. If we chose not to stay with this hotel next time It will solely be based on this reason」
