"We had an amazing stay at Crowne Plaza Al Salam, would highly recommend. The staff are attentive and kind, the hotel is clean and very-well managed, the room was spacious and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool during out stay, which was amazing and has really long hours. The breakfast at the hotel has a wide variety of foods that would cater to all dietary restrictions and palates; the coffee shop inside the hotel is also amazing, especially the presentation and garnishing they do for desserts. "I couldn’t fault the hotel — it was perfect. We travelled from Scotland on an overnight flight and arrived very early, around 9 a.m. Although check-in was at 3 p.m., the staff kindly allowed us to check in early so we could rest, which we really appreciated. I was visiting Jeddah for my niece’s wedding, and the whole experience was wonderful. On departure day, even though our flight was at night, they also allowed us to stay until 3 p.m., which made a big difference. The service was excellent, the staff were very kind and helpful, and the hotel was extremely clean. The location is very convenient, surrounded by shopping, restaurants, and cafés.
