「Unser Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende wirklich ausgezeichnet. An der Rezeption wurden wir von Ahmed empfangen ihm gilt ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön, da er sich während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes stets um uns gekümmert hat. 「整個酒店200間房看來只有5至10間是出租..我門口的走廊的燈是未完成..令整條酒廊都很暗很不安！出租圖中有煮食爐但沒提供..到大堂詢問..整天只是回答你「處理中」..但毫無改善.. 我間房是在盡頭..加上沒燈在走廊..左右房間均沒住客..要求轉房..但他們每次都是回答「我會幫助你轉房」..但我入住了4天！足足4天！根本沒改變！」
