「Overall good stay. Staff was very attentive, our concierge Cielo was awesome and constantly checked on us. Carlos was great at casino night and had a very good vibe. Luis at the TRS pool was top notch. Overall bartenders and restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. Thanks to Expedia (not sure if Expedia in general or due to our Platinum status) we received an upgrade to “vip” which gave us access to TRS facilies and restaurants. 「Great, spacious, clean, friendly place to stay. The beach had sargasso, like all the beaches on that area during that time. We had the chance of seeing the turtles come to the sand to laid there eggs. It was amazing. 」
