Antonio and Miguel, our personal butlers, made the experience exceptional by coordinating transportation, activities, and reservations throughout our stay. The food was outstanding at every TRS restaurant, and there was so much to do that we never felt the need to...

「It was an amazing experience! We stayed in the beachfront suite with the hot tub on the patio, in the Family Selection area of Kantenah. This property is gorgeous and the staff definitely makes you feel VIP. Everyone from the butler to the bar staff to the shuttle drivers, all were friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend the Family Select for the perks. We will definitely return!」

「Great, spacious, clean, friendly place to stay. The beach had sargasso, like all the beaches on that area during that time. We had the chance of seeing the turtles come to the sand to laid there eggs. It was amazing. 」

「Nice property. The food was average, but better than other all-inclusive resorts I’ve tried. Great service and very friendly staff. The only issue was that they wasted half of our day trying to sell their travel packages. There was one lady on their sales team who was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude when we declined their “promotion package”. 」
