"The restaurants that was located within the hotel was amazing and all of the staff was very friendly Very well centrally located I felt like I was in the middle of everything.. When I go back To Tokyo I will be staying here great job everybody"

"Lots of shops and bars restaurants nearby. WiFi was fast. Bed was really big and comfortable."

"The staff are perfect. It makes the experience that much more. The area surrounding the hotel has hundreds of food and drink options with convenience stores less than 20 seconds away. Both train stations are less then 5 min walk."

"The location is convenient as the train station is really near. There is a nearby airport limousine bus as well for the tourists. Lots of food around the area. Their complimentary bread and coffee/ tea in the morning is lovely too, as well their free bottled water. Staff communicates very well and really accomodating. But when it comes to the hotel room itself, the room feels so outdated, old and dusty. The carpet is really dark and are not vacuumed or cleaned enough. The ceiling of the bathroom has molds and so is their windowsill. The bathroom sink has heavy duty duct tape and the cupboards has some tape as well. The airway panel of the room is dusty as well. Their rooms are not well lit and some days the sewage smells as well. The entirety of the hotel needs an upgrade. "

"Easy check in and out. Room was clean with everything you need for a short stay. Bath was excellent and much appreciated. Did not try the breakfast as there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. Would definitely come back."
