Había cucarachas y arañas en la habitación, ese tipo de situaciones me hace pensar que no llevan la fumigación adecuada en las habitaciones. Dentro de la habitación había telarañas por todos lados, así que tampoco se hace limpieza adecuada. El restaurante es caro para el sabor que ofrece y no puedes introducir nada externo. Después del check out ya no puedes hacer uso de instalaciones. La hacienda está muy bonita, pero sobrevaluada.

This place is absolutely beautiful. It's been wonderfully restored and it was a delight to stay here. Make sure you stay more than one night, due to other parts of our trip we were only able to stay one night and didn't get to take full advantage of the property. Definitely leave time to explore the grounds. Our only disappointment about the facilities is that the outdoor pool and hot tub were closed even though it didn't say anything about it on the website and they didn't mention it to us (we were there in March).

The spa is beyond indulgent, offering treatments that melt away stress in one sitting. And the food? Absolutely divine! Every meal is a masterpiece, showcasing the rich flavors of Mexico in the most exquisite way. Just over an hour from Guadalajara, this is more than a getaway, it’s a sanctuary! The property was adorable and unique. It was surrounded by beautiful antiques that took me back to yesteryear. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating and we all had a magnificent experience at the health spa where we were treated like royalty. I will to return and stay at a different room every single time. Congratulations to the owners on such an exceptional property and unique surroundings.

This Hacienda is amazing, just what we were looking for! From the moment we were greeted till the time we left the whole staff was wonderful! Fabiola the server at the restaurant was so kind and wonderful. Gave us ideas of where to visit and was always so cheerful! If your looking for a quite area to relax this is the place!
